Our state-of-the-art spacecraft and subsystems are supporting LEO, GEO, Lunar, and interplanetary missions.

We are currently looking for a multi-disciplined Facilities and Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing building maintenance and repair services for a variety of different functions to include: Assembling equipment, running cabling, moving furniture, operating a forklift / pallet jack, supervising contractors, some minor equipment repair, some minor electrical work. 

  • Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers and present a good company image 
  • Use supplies and equipment properly to fix and repair issues as they arise 
  • Minimize accidents with people and property.
  • Continuous improvement around efficiency, quality and customer service. 

Requirements for Position:

  • Passion for organization, clean and tidy work spaces, efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Ability to follow instructions, operate with minimal supervision, work toward team objectives
  • Comfortable with technology, computers, tablets, network devices, power supplies
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and driven  
  • Able to read, write and speak English
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
  • Able to maintain data in Microsoft Excel and Project
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Prior building maintenance or military experience to include

  • Assembling equipment, running cabling, moving furniture, paint repair, drywall repair, some minor equipment repair, some minor electrical work.
  • Supervision and monitoring of HVAC and Electrical contractors 
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, drive a forklift, operate a pallet-jack
  • Applicants with military experience with honorable discharge encouraged to apply

Working conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment, but in a manufacturing company. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filling cabinets and fax machines.  

Physical Requirements:

This would require the ability to lift or move objects up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required by this job which includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
